How do you get to Store Bay?  Store Bay is a short 1.3-kilometer walk from Restorations Tobago. Follow Milford Road west as it curves down to Old Store Bay Road where you'll turn right. Follow it to Store Bay Connector Road and take that up to the beach.

When is Store Bay Beach open?  Store Bay Beach is open for 24 hours but a lifeguard is only on duty from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Store Bay Beach itself is home to some breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. The beach stretches for 200 meters and is free to all visitors. The facilities, however, do require a small fee. Store Bay Beach Facilities feature bathrooms and changing rooms with a shower. They are open from 8 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

While on the beach, you can enjoy the sun and crystal-clear water. You can either bring your own beach towel or chair, or rent one from the facilities. Either way, Store Bay Beach is a great way to spend your Tobago vacation.

Things to Do at Store Bay Beach

Whether you just want to play in the water or do some exploring, Store Bay has some great options. Snorkeling is one great option and fish sometimes make their way close to the shore. Rocks sandwich Store Bay and are a great place to try your hand at snorkeling. The bay is also home to Kariwak Reef, perfect for snorkelers.

Frontier Divers is a great place to rent gear and to learn more about a genuine Tobago diving experience. Frontier Divers also offers dive packages and kayak tours. If you're more into swimming, waves in Store Bay average about 40 centimeters so keep an eye on young children. There are plunge points in Store Bay where the seafloor drops 65 centimeters.

If you're looking to venture a bit off the beach, Crafters Steakhouse and Grill, Kenny Hot Tasty Doubles and Serial Grillers are some great options for delectable food.

Boat Tours of Store Bay

Store Bay Beach also serves as the terminus for a glass-bottom boat tour to Buccoo Reef, Nylon Pool and No Man's Land. Boats often leave Store Bay at 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. for a trip that lasts several hours. On these tours, you'll see some amazing Caribbean reef life and some remarkable natural beauty.
